REVIEW: Spa BabyWe were skeptical when the Spa Baby Tub arrived for our review. Onlookers commented, "It looks like a flower pot", "Couldn't you just use a bucket?" and "That looks just like a fruit cup." But the tub, touted as a way to bathe a baby upright, was intriguing. The tub, the company promised, allows babies to "sit in a natural upright position with warm water to their shoulders" and to "feel as if they are in a similar environment to that of their mommy's womb!" So we gave it a try with a 4 month old tester who's a bit on the jumbo size. (She wears clothes for 9-month-olds.) Mom was shocked at how much baby loved the experience and pleased with how clean baby's dirtiest parts got in the cozy tub. The tub's tapered design and rubber-gripped bottom made it quite stable. And the tub made it possible for one parent to bathe the baby tester, when usually it takes both.
